Detoxing is extremely important. If you don’t get the toxins out of your body it will ultimately fail at some point. Does this make sense to you?
One thing I want to stress or add to this chart below is the importance of Fiber and Pro-biotics. This is huge guys. The intestines needs to be as empty as you can possibly keep them for your detoxing to be truly effective.
