How much water should I drink to lose weight?

It matters how much stool you are carrying around in your belly. The perfect idea in my my mind would be Pro-Biotics 3 times a day with food and around a gallon of water a day.

After about 3 to 5 days you will see a huge difference in your tummy and around your waist line! You will also start feeling much better and energized.

Now keep this going for at least a few months!

Water is absolutely the most calorie-free drink in the world and did you realize it also contains excellent minerals that actually assist in burning fat?

The first thing you hear from a weight loss expert or a physician when you are serious enough to shed some weight is to drink enough water throughout the day, along with a certain diet program and exercise routine.

There are a ton of programs to choose from and probably all really beneficial to weight loss, but all methods and programs do ask you to drink enough water.

According to Weight loss “experts”, one of the best ways to determine the amount of water you need to drink during the day can be calculated using a simple formula:

“Cut your body weight into half and the number you get is the amount of water you should drink every day in ounces.”

Pretty Simple, right!

I would still stick to about a gallon of spring water everyday no matter water. But you can experiment with what is working for you.

Water does so much to benefit your thyroid, gut and circulation. It has to be one of the most important things  you do to lose weight quickly.

If your are serious about loosing weight plz avoid fructose and other artificial sugars. All sugars for that matter. And ease up on the carbs noodles, breads etc. Try to focus around Gluten free. It will help everything along.
