Our body is made up of 60% of water and we tend to lose a lot of water based on our actions like exercising in the gym, going for a walk or a jog in the nearby park.

So it is pretty much important that we need to keep ourselves hydrated, we all understand that right? There is a known theory that you have heard that we need to drink 8 glasses of water to keep ourselves hydrated now. Even though there is not enough scientific evidence to prove this idea and I still believe that the body will tell you when it’s thirsty.

Or maybe that isn’t enough. Maybe you and I should still push it a little further to better our health.

But still, the benefits of water plays an important role in keeping us healthy and our organs functioning properly which is key, be it 6 or 8 glasses of water.
